The GrandMother Drum International Peace Project has arrived for the first time on the Big Island of Hawaii launching the eighth year of touring the world sounding the message of unity and peace among all earth's peoples.

The Whirling Rainbow Foundation and the Grandmother Drum International Peace Project have now joined with the producers of LIVE H20 Concert for the LIVING WATERS.

Beginning with a water blessing by local Hawaiian cultural perfromers at our Spring Equinox "Hearts on Fire" Prayerformance March 20, 2009 ( Kalani Oceanside Resort, Big Island Hawaii) we will continue our

“I have been following the schedule for the Grandmother Drum and realized that it was in Hawaii! I love the idea that you will be painting my baby drum there....the first stop on the world tour for 2009....and surrounded by such beauty. I plan to drum along with the "Grandmother" on her tour this year. This is VERY EXCITING FOR ME...TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE BY DRUMMING...and gathering fellow drummers in circle as the Grandmother Drum moves from place to place. We all want peace and must support your efforts. I am telling everyone I know about this. I truly hope when you do another US tour, I can actually be there in person at some point along the tour.
